Course Description:
Discover how Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are different, and why understanding matters in this engaging four-part session. We’ll discuss what microaggression looks like, and find out how we can all be better allies in the workplace.
Part of this workshop will include a policy review, marketing and job search methodology review to ensure inclusivity. This workshop is intended for leaders and decision-makers.
