Foundations of Business Analysis

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the business analyst role, offering a full immersion into the knowledge areas, responsibilities, and techniques that define the business analysis profession. Learners explore business analysis practices across strategy analysis, requirements elicitation, requirements modeling, stakeholder engagement, and solution evaluation. Through lectures, discussions, and hands-on workshops, participants apply business analysis techniques that can be immediately used on real-world projects. The course is aligned with the IIBA® Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) Version 3 and supports preparation for the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) exam.
